Choice hosted a staff training session where over 65 of our staff members came, ate, and expanded their event knowledge on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. Inside Brown Betty's kitchen, Chef Zoe Howell provided snacks for the staff while founders Matt Rachocki and Jarred Sper lead the discussion. Matt and Jarred also created a pop quiz with questions like "Define 'Event Hospitality'" and "What does the acronym TIP (gratuity) stand for?". We take such pride in our fantastic staff, and are constantly working to improve our service to provide the best for our clients.
The hundred dollar question on the Choice Quiz was: "What does BHAG stand for?"

Monday night a few of the Choice staff enjoyed a well-deserved night on the town and stepped out to charity: ball 2009, an evening to benefit the work of charity: water. 100 percent of the night's proceeds go to supporting the non-profit organization's efforts to bring clean, safe drinking water to communities in need. The event was hosted by Entourage star Adrien Grenier and featured an exhibition of photographs to educate and engage the guests about the people and communities they are supporting. Our very own Jeanette, Salley, and Anna even snagged a pic with the charming host! Lucky girls!
