We have an exciting announcement. In honor of all the beautiful weddings we've done over the years, the beautiful memories created, and all the fun we've had creating those memories, we have decided to expand our website! The renovated site will still have the Choice Productions page but will soon feature a Choice Weddings page. We are just starting to piece together what this new addition will look like and it seems like the possibilities are endless! What would you like to see on the new page? We're all ears :)

The weekend has finally arrived and we have made too many plans! But with the gorgeous weather and all the fun things going on, can you blame us? Hot days, cool drinks

It's a hot, sunny day in New York we need a way to keep cool! How does Caribbean Rum Punch sound? Like the perfect solution? We thought so too. 

Ingredients

• 1 cup fresh lime juice
• 2 cups simple syrup
• 3 cups amber rum
• 4 cups orange juice
• 4 dashes bitters
• freshly grated nutmeg
• 
  
• Directions

1. In a pitcher, combine lime juice, simple syrup, rum and orange juice. Add a few dashes of bitters and some grated nutmeg to taste. Serve chilled over ice.

This recipe only takes 10 minutes and makes 20 (4) ounce servings. Recipe via AllRecipes.com.

A Sailor's Birthday

Ahoy, matey! Choice Productions recently had the pleasure of putting on a nautically themed 30th birthday party at the Belle Haven Club in Greenwich, CT. As you can see, our Choice staffers were on hand in adorable sailor girl outfits to interact with guests and give the night the perfect nautical touch. Guests were treated to special performances by Earth, Wind, and Fire, enjoyed a gorgeously decorated (and delicious!) anchor cake, and danced the night away! What is your dream birthday party theme? Nothing Choice Productions couldn't bring to life for you ;)

Ocean City, Maryland and Our Very Own Lifeguard

The warm weather is starting to make an appearance and the anticipation has us all getting cabin fever! Well, Blake Adams, one of Choice’s very own, gave us a great idea for when that weather finally hits, heading to Ocean City, Maryland! Enjoy the beach, boardwalk, shopping, dining and nightlife in this exciting location. Also make sure to look for Blake’s billboard when you are driving back into NYC or his exciting commercial!

A Barrific Weekend

This past weekend, Choice staffers took a little trip to Pennsylvania for the opening of Roff School Tavern, co-owned by Choice’s very own President! Before the kickoff party, Choice members also enjoyed a pit stop at Sprague Farms, recipient of the Brew Master’s Award for Excellence at the Erie Micro Brew Festival three years in a row. Roff has also been given an A+ from BeerAdvocate.com!

Roff School Tavern now serves over 100 different craft and microbrews, including one of Sprague Farms’s creations, as well as delicious handmade appetizers like pretzels, hummus, and spinach and artichoke dip. The Roff School Tavern’s spin on nachos adds a terrific mix of spice and flavors. Plus, Saturdays offer live music and $0.50 off all craft bottle beers!

So the next time you decide to plan a getaway, you may want to head to towards PA to try these highly praised bars. Hey, you might even see some of our members drinking a pint!
