The heat is on and Choice is at the ready with just the right eats to set your stomach a growlin’. With the summer months in full swing, our chef’s thoughtful and innovative creations continue to tempt and tease guests’ tastebuds at all of our events. At a recent event, mouthwatering fare such as chilled melon soup shots with watermelon caviar were on hand to cool guests down when the mercury rose, while Chinese black rice cakes topped with crab salad and lemongrass aioli offered up a light and savory crunch.
